Talent Acquisition team and maintaining databases with candidate information.
He/she will keep the hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain
high-performing employees.

Prepare job offer letters
* Schedule onsite and phone interviews, working directly with candidates and the hiring teams to ensure a smooth process.
* Organize candidates' data (e.g. resumes, offer and contact details) in internal databases
* Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed.
* Enter and track candidate information in the internal recruitment trackers and systems.
* Overall management of the recruitment document library.
* Assist in generating various recruitment reports.
