* anages the applicant tracking system (ORC), ensuring data is entered accurately and in a timely manner M
* aintains and update hiring status of project files M
* aintains talent pools for assigned positions in the team A
* t all stages of the recruitment process, ensures credibility is maintained through effective feedback. L
* iaise with HR team to ensure the successful onboarding of the candidate. C
* oordinate with Proposal team for candidates submission F
* ormat candidates' resumes into Hill or client's submission format D
* rive forward new ideas which can help to streamline processes to speed up the recruitment process. P
* erforms other responsibilities as required.

* achelor degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcomed) A
* passionate and driven professional who enjoys working in a challenging environment. S
* elf-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision. A
* track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability. M
* ust be proficient in Microsoft Office. S
