Customer Service Agent to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Making outbound calls to customers based on Hot Leads received for specific brands.
* Narrow down customer requirements with offerings.
* Be consultative and have a conversation to align with customer expectations and promote the product that is best suited for the customer needs.
* Be able to confidently articulate our product offerings and ensure the customers questions are answered.
* Pass these customers to the respective showrooms for a confirmed sale.
Preference
* Immediate Joiners.
* Experience in Automotive industry in UAE is preferred.
Qualifications*
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. *
