Functional Responsibilities
* Achieve the Monthly and yearly sales targets
* Prepare a coverage plan for the customers
* Monitor the customer's credit limit
* Develop the outlets sales through perfect execution
* Follow up on products' delivery through the Sales Drivers
* Prepare regular competition sales reports by following up on the competitors' promotions and prices in the market.
* Open new trading accounts
* In charge of Distributors in the assigned areas
* In Charge of NAB outlets in the assigned areas
Leadership Responsibilities
* Communicates best practices achieved to his peers
* Communicates updates in the market to his peers
* Guide the newly hired Account Managers during their induction period and share with them the business strategies
* Act as the Zone manager when needed in managing certain projects.
