Lead NQC Improvement in GCP & SO
* Full Declaration of NQC in Schneider Electric tool for Project execution (SGV)
* Data Quality & Sizing of main Root Causes
* Clear Action Plan with Assigned leader for Top 3 Root Causes aiming at NQC reduction
Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!
1. Declaration:
* Ensure Positive & Negative Gross Margin Deviation data is well declared in SGV to corresponding Category (Tendering, Engineering, Contract Management, Intra Group & Outside Group Suppliers)…
* Work to secure data quality for declared NQC
2. RCA & Action Plan:
* Depending on data collection, identify & analyze main NQC categories/reasons
* Monthly review with stakeholders - leaders of execution centers (HUB/Regional Application Centers, Global Application Centers) and Subject Matter Owners (SMO) to deep dive on root cause analysis
* Coordinate with HUB, RAC, GAC leaders to initiate Solid Action plan to avoid recurrent NQC sources & reduce NQC %
About You**
Education: Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
* Experience in Project Management
* Customer Oriented Mindset/Approach
* Transformation Leader, change management abilities
* Analytical Skills & Continuous Improvement mindset
* Ability to communicate, influence & convince in a complex, matrix organization
