Your Mission
Supporting the HR Managers/HRBP in day to day HR Activities related to the
employee population they are handling
Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!
* Support in Admin work and documentation for staff hiring
* Follow up on hiring decisions with the TA team
* Distribute, complete, and process paperwork for new hires
* Work with employees to answer benefits questions and assist in processing life events and open enrollment elections"
* Conduct new hire orientation and benefits orientation to build a strong foundation for new employees and increase employee engagment
* Assist in the development of policies and procedures
* Coordinate exit process for departing employees
* Coach management and teams to promote and facilitate career growth and development
* Support HRBPs in development, well being and Diversity and Inclusion programs
* Coordinate with Marcom, external suppliers and other stakeholders to hold internal events related to HR prorams
About You** :
* 3-5 years of experience in te same field
* Bachelor degree in Business Admin,Management, or any rleated field
* Excellent command of English
