Manage Payroll, Compensation, Personnel, HRIS and HR Benefits.
Role and Responsibilities
1. [Managing payroll]
* Work closely with third party to prepare and execute payroll using company system
* Manage employees payment
* prepare Quarterly, Annual tax reports.
* Manage budget and expenses
2. [Manage Personnel] Handle Personnel duties with a third party.
3. [Compensation] Assess in compensation and MBO process.
4. [HR benefits] Handle all company benefits and obtain new benefits for the
employees.
5.[HRIS] Handle Attendance system, HR Audit system.
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background:
* Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Payroll, Compensation, Personnel, and HR Benefits.
* Excellent MS Office skills.
* Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills.
* Fluent English (Written & Spoken).
* Solid Knowledge of labor and social insurance law.
