Duties & Responsibilities:
* Order Fulfilment, Validation, Modification, and Cancellation. Identification of exceptions and providing resolution to issues.
* As a member of the team, participates in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective customer service to the client.
* Performs tasks in line with the written procedures or assigned by senior staff under supervision. Good understanding of one or more processes.
* Hard Working and Confident.
* High on Integrity.
* Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, throughout all levels of the organization.
* Passionate about creating value and impact for the client.
* A team oriented and collaborative approach.
Key Accountabilities:
* Receive orders from multiple sources.
* Validate orders.
* Modify/Cancel orders.
* Process orders.
* Create delivery and follow up on shipments.
* Resolve Order Management Issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Call and receive calls from customers with relation to orders; consult ERP if required, or defer to OM Specialist for advanced troubleshooting.
* Consult customer on ERP availabilities (routes, lead times, stock availability).
* Liaise between OM Specialist, Logistics, and customer for solving transport exceptions.
KPIs:
* Order Management :
* Order Management Loss %.
* %Order Change of RDD.
* Order Fulfillment :
-Transport Plan Delivery- On time.
* Ticket resolution time.
* SOA compliance for exceptions.
* Billing :
* Invoice Accuracy.
Qualifications:
* ‎1 Year Experience in Supply Chain specially within Order Management.
* Fluency in English is a must.
* Attention to Details.
* SAP Knowledge required.
* Excel Basic Skills (Functions and formulas).
* Customer Services Skills.
