Customer Orders Management
* Request, follow up and negotiate Customer Orders based on inventory levels and in-market sales forecast
* Resolve Customer Order issues: Pricing issue, blocks, etc
* Ensure Customer Orders are shipped on time with the right remaining shelf life along with all required documentation
* Inform Customer and internal stakeholders on status of open orders
* Maintain Customer Master Data
* Maintain Pricing Master Data
Supply & Inventory
* Maintain healthy inventory levels in the markets
* Follow up on Supply and escalate issues when necessary
* Review and follow up on Order book status
* Support reducing expiries and discards
New Launches / Variations
* Ensure new products are launched successfully, meeting the target launch date
* Support on managing variations in collaboration with Demand Planner, Customer, Regulatory to ensure optimal supply
Tenders
* Support tenders submission
* Ensure timely supply of tenders
Manage Accruals, Credit Notes & Financial estimates
* Ensure credit notes are issued on time
* Ensure expiry & near expiry accruals are placed
* Share Financial Estimates
* Provide Sales Projection estimates and highlight risks or opportunities
* Support financial submissions
General
* Collaborates efficiently with stakeholders
* Improve systems and communication tools
* Analyze problems and solve them systemically
* Manage projects
QUALIFICATIONS
* ‎3+ years of experience in supply chain operations preferably in pharmaceutical /FMCG industry, familiarity with Customer service processes & SAP is an edge
* Strong analytical skills
* Excel proficiency
* Strong communication skills
* Fluent in English oral and written
