What you'll be doing
* Prepare Invoice, packing list, delivery advice, Delivery note through WMS system or on excel.
* Apply for Certificate of origins through Chamber of commerce/ Ministry of commerce
* Apply for attestation of Invoice and certificate of origin.
* Liase with product compliance team and apply for pre-approvals for regulated commodities and ensure shipping documents are in compliance with the customs and regulatory authorities.
* Prepare HS code summary for import and export shipments.
* Prepare Advanced shipment notifications and book appointments for collection and delivery to warehouse & stores.
* Book landed costs in systems.
What you 'll need to succeed
* High School Graduate
* Fluency in English Language
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
