Job Description:
* Manage office supplies stock and place orders
* Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
* Processing VISA for ex-pat staffas required
* Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
* Answer queries by employees and clients
* Answer and direct phone calls
* Organize and schedule appointments
* Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
* Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
* Update and maintain office policies and procedures
* Maintain contact lists
* Provide general support to visitors
* Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
* Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Qualifications:
* Requiresa Bachelor's degree.
* ‎0 to ‎1 year ofexperience.
* Fluent English level (written & spoken).
* Preferably Female for this position.
* Excellent in Microsoft office.
