Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible of conducting a regular visits to the governmental entities relevant to the sales regulation (i.e. Social Insurance Offices and labor office ) to maintain registering, complying all sales agents to the regulation process, as well as all relevant communications and documentations for organizing such process.
* Execute all the process related to the new hired sales agents including receiving, verifying, and completing the agents physical files in compliance with the Allianz guidelines, maintain the agents files confidential/secured and updated all the time.
* Responsible of sales timekeeping process and amending all reporting lines changes on the relative systems.
* Ensure smooth hiring processes documentation (Service level agreement, contracts …etc.) in accordance with set polices & procedures / Ensure that all the Recruitment & Integration Tools are efficiently recorded on all the sales new hires' files including the Compliance requirements as well.
* Control and monitor creating, activating/de-activating the internal codes for the sales force team in all related systems to ensure their ability to start the sales process.
* Maintain an updated database for all the sales teams through the HR information systems as well maintain and update database for all the conducted trainings new/ongoing for the sales teams with keeping records in their files and following up on the training map planned and organized by the company.
* Responsible of the sales agent's releasing process; including all the communications needed across the company's departments to clear up their statuses in order to be able to receive their clearance documents and updating the systems accordingly.
Qualifications:
* 0 - 2 Years of experience in similar position.
* Good in English and Arabic.
