Job Description



  • For new hires, open a new file, receive official pre-requisite employment papers, assign ID numbers, open bank accounts, prepare contracts..

  • Keep employees files updated and in accordance to the Saudi Labor Law.

  • Renew contracts for employees and prepare contracts status reports delivered monthly.

  • Answer all employees' complaints from Labor Office as well as Labor Law requirements.

  • Update and maintain accurate data on the social insurance portals.

  • Submit monthly and periodical reports as per required.

  • Ensure that all employees inquiries are handled in a timely and proper manner

  • Issue HR Letters, (Bank Loans and Car Loans)

  • Follow up all HSE Instructions.

‎0-‎2 years' experience preferably in the compensation and benefits


New tax laws knowledge is a must.


New insurance laws knowledge is a must.


Benefits management experience is preferred.


Excellent experience with the Suadi Labor and taxes laws and procedures


Excellent Excel knowledge.


Previous experience working on HITS and/or Power BI is preferred.
