Job Description:
* Prepare and process HR documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
* Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as required.
* dealing with government authorities, such as labor offices, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance, and building a strong relationship with them.
* Maintain records of personnel-related data (Employee database, etc.).
* Preparing Form 1 and Form 6 Insurance and submitting them to Social Insurance
* Dealing with inspection reports to remove any insurance violations.
* Stay updated with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance withHR practices.
Qualifications:
* 1 year of Proven work experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
* Excellent command of English in both written and speaking.
* Good problem-solving abilities
* Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel
