Your Role

A Typical Day
As a key member of Plant Management Team, Human Resources Business Partner
will play a critical role: -
The HR Business Partner collaborates with management in order to enable
business to deliver on its strategy and make a measurable difference in
employee engagement and developmentand to translate business requirements into
HR processes and systems to achieve business results.
You will be working daily with senior leaders and line managers and through a
very good understanding of their business challenges and your business acumen,
you will look for people solutions that can help their organizations grow.
To do so, you will formulate partnerships across the human resource department
to facilitate the delivery of value-added services to management and employees
that reflect the business values and objectives.
The HR Business Partner also provides project leadership for human resource
initiatives. You will be encouraged to drive HR projects within your county or
regionally.
Take a leading role in utilizing HR expertise to address business needs.
Support with HR processes such as talent management, performance management,
change management, workforce planning, anticipating recruitment needs, etc.
Consult the managers concerning organizational development to drive
effectiveness and identify issues/misalignments that affect business
operations and results.
To provide leadership on the people aspects of business plans and provide
solutions to the business management on people and organizational issue.
To support managers to engage their employees around the values, strategy and
objectives of the business to ensure all employees within Electrolux are clear
on their contribution to the business objective.
Being a key player, he/she will be responsible to ensure the right
capabilities for the future by implementing the Group and HR processes, tools
and policies while supporting Line Managers in the Plant.
The person will work with IndOps HRBP to ensure Industrial Relations are
managed in accordance to business needs with respect of local country rules.
