ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage end-to-end HRBP role
* Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
* Support line management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements.
* Ensure leadership and coaching culture is cascaded through the organization.
* Drive the people processes (performance, talent reviews development, engagement) to ensure that employees ' level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards.
* Provide expert advice and coaching to business leaders and employees where appropriate
* Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns.
* Analyse key HR data and provide insights & recommendations to senior HR / BU leaders.
* Automate and improve HR processes in the organisation.
* Maintain close contact with the area HR team to work in synchronization with the other business units at NielsenIQ.
* Manage specific projects as well as participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives.
* Drive Saudization, attract diverse talents, university relations and internship programs.

* Basic project management skills
* Understand employee opinions, monitor the effect of business decisions on people, and advise senior management on addressing employees ' concerns
* Understand, communicate, and applies Performance & reward strategy
* Apply employee relations and employment practices in order to create a positive, ethical, inclusive work environment.
* Digitally enabled/tech savvy
* Motivation to learn more and develop skills quickly
QUALIFICATIONS
* Preferred Higher education in Human Resource Management.
* Must be well versed in Arabic language.
* ‎5+ years of experience in HR with minimum ‎2-‎3 years in HRBP role.
* Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
