About this Opportunity:
Reporting to Cluster Head of HR Turkey, MENA and Country Manager UAE you will
be responsible for achievement of strategic & operational objectives by
providing support in all areas of strategic Human resources including
Recruitment, Talent Development, Employee relations, Performance Management &
Compensation Benefits.
You recognize that innovation Human Resource means understanding business
imperatives and translation them into practical & sophisticated solutions to
drive tangible results. While you will operate at a strategic level with
senior leaders, you can also move seamlessly to an operational mode and turn
ideas into action. Some of the specific area of responsibility include:
* Partnering with leaders on a range of activities including leadership Capability, performance management, team efficiency & recruitment.
* Utilizing people analytics and matrix to develop solutions that address gaps & capitalize on opportunities.
* Providing expert guidance & support on addressing performance concerns/issues.
* Applying sophisticated knowledge of employment law & exercising good judgment to resolve any employment related issues.
* Supporting workforce planning, recruiting and initiatives to ensure that short, medium and long term needs of the business are met.
* Advising on performance management and quarterly goals, actively taking part in compensation policy annually
* Ensuring end to end HR services delivery by maintaining strategic partnerships across all people functions.

About you :-
* Minimum 7 years of demonstrated work experience partnering with leaders, helping deliver strategic initiatives that positively impacts business results.
* Bachelor 's degree in Human Resources, Business Management. Masters Degree preferred.
* Expert Knowledge of HR theories, practices and principles.
