Job Responsibilities:
* Develop, create and review training kits (presentations, participant manual, trainer manual, pre and post evaluation, assessments).
* Deliver technical training (Allianz policies and sales methodology) to Allianz employees and external partners.
* Research new training methods and keeps up to date with developments in sales training.
* Critical evaluation of trainees' general and sales skills and capabilities during induction training.
* Coach new trainers.
* Travel required inside Egypt Acores Allianz branches: 30% - 50%.
Qualifications:
* 4-5 years in training/teaching.
* Professional certificate in training/coaching is a plus.
* Chartered Insurance Institute qualification is a plus.
