Responsibilities:
Attend all administration team meetings
Typing and branding of official documents and letters to Secondary parents
Liaise with teaching and non-teaching staff and respond to enquiries on
matters within the post holder 's responsibility
Attend any training deemed necessary in relation to the role of Admin Support
Support new staff - arrival, induction, accommodation, and any other
requirements
Ensure all fire registers are up to date and accurate for the Secondary School
Job Requirements:
O " Levels/NVQ/High School Diploma or equivalent (certificate will need to be
attested)
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer focused role in the region
Experience in using Microsoft Office
Arabic speaker is preferable
Ability to work flexibly as a member of a team
Ability to create a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing
