Vacancy Purchaser (M/F)
Job Description:
* Deploy and manage a dynamic and innovative purchasing strategy.
* Develop the Purchasing vision and strategy with a multi-year roadmap to continuously feed the savings project pipeline.
* Understand the global strategy in order to optimize purchases and supplies, in collaboration with the general management and the Supply management.
* Build and advance the Purchasing organization including processes and reporting.
* Ensure that the supply strategy is adapted to the company 's needs: securing supplies, supporting transformation, compliance, budget and cost performance, etc.
* Ensure the proper application of public procurement procedures.
* Take charge of purchases and supplies for certain product families.
Job Requirements:
* Proven experience in planning and leading complex negotiations.
* In-depth knowledge of categories, markets, regulations, operations in a given field.
* Strong knowledge of legal, logistics, finance and productions.
* Strong analytical skills, transversal / process orientation.
* Control of the purchasing process and international flows.
* Bachelor 's Degree .
