Main Responsibilities (but not limited to):
* Review the reconciliation of customer / vendor accounts every month and analyses of the variance.
* Updating cash flow statement every week with Invoices and collection.
* Assist the team and review all day to day transactions in the accounting software and ensure efficient processing of the transactions.
* Ensure proper closing of month end with all closing entries and schedules prepared for prepayments, accruals, fixed assets etc.
* Ensure IFRS compliance in daily transactions.
* Provide support for year end audit with auditors.
Qualifications Required:
* Five years or more of related experience required.
* Must have knowledge of accounting standards/IFRS.
* Knowledge of accounting software like Sage.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive attitude with proficient task management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft office (excel mid level must).
