Restaurant Manager(Arabic Speaker)

As a restaurant manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily
operations of a restaurant. Your main duties will include:

‎1-Managing the staff: You will be responsible for hiring, training, and
managing the restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, cooks, and other
kitchen staff. You will also be responsible for scheduling and assigning tasks
to the staff to ensure smooth operations.

‎2-Managing the budget: You will need to manage the restaurant's budget and
finances, including setting prices, ordering supplies and equipment, and
tracking expenses.

‎3-Ensuring customer satisfaction: You will need to ensure that customers are
satisfied with their experience at the restaurant, including the quality of
the food, service, and overall atmosphere.

‎4-Maintaining the restaurant: You will be responsible for maintaining the
cleanliness and safety of the restaurant, ensuring that it meets health and
safety regulations.

‎5-Creating and implementing policies: You will need to create and implement
policies and procedures for the restaurant, including policies for employee
conduct, food safety, and customer service.

‎6-Marketing and promotions: You will be responsible for developing and
implementing marketing strategies and promotions to attract customers and
increase sales.

‎7-Monitoring performance: You will need to monitor the restaurant's
performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee performance,
and make changes to improve performance as needed.

Recruitment Process and Timeline
