What you'll be doing
* Compute charges for merchandise or services and receive payments
* Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits
* Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
* Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
* Greet customers entering establishments
* Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
* Resolve all customers complaints
* Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies
* Recommend and provide advice on a wide variety of products and services
* Answer telephones to provide information
* Receive, examine, and tag articles to be altered, cleaned, stored, or repaired
* Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display and stock rotation
* Implement all merchandising as per the brand's visual merchandising guidelines
* Cleaning, prepare stock in hand, participate in inventories
