Digital Operations Executive - Level Shoes

The Role
Our Digital Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating and
working with both, internal and external stakeholders, to ensure that our
digital platforms run smoothly while making sure all concerns are responded in
a qualitative and timely manner. You will be the first point of contact for
the Product and Tech teams when it comes to resolving day to day issues.
What you'll be doing

Point of contact between the Digital team and the involved functions:
warehouse, last mile, customer service, finance and IT
* eCommerce know-how, OMS knowledge is essential
* Sort out issues or queries flagged by customers and stakeholders on live environment
* Identifying recurring queries and feeding it back to the product or developing team
* Resolve any order, return, refund and website related issues that compromises the User Experience within the scope of the existing SLA
* Review data and customer behavior to deliver learnings and recommend optimization
* Help solve problems and make informed decisions that affect the service, and productivity
* Have ongoing communication and collaboration with the central customer care team to identify and resolve customer experience issues related to tech
* Assess, evaluate, and propose continuous process improvement
* Adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
* Manage and work on digital operational activities
* Increase efficiency in the operations and processes
