What you will be doing
The Ecommerce Catalogue Trainee is responsible of supporting the Catalogue
team in managing product reception to publishing online, ensuring the quality
of assortment, stock and price of own bought and concession brands. The role
reports to the Trade Director based in Dubai.

• Work with different internal teams to ensure products are set up and activated on time


• Continuously audit and monitor the product data, inventory stocks and price to compare product information in the different systems and platforms and ensure accurate data is available in line with the physical store


• Supporting in identifying and tracking operational issues across multiple services and system environments


• Create user requirements for any operational efficiency feature developments (including system enhancements, integrations, automation, bug resolution)


• Manage all promotions onsite, coordinating product price & stock files
  What you'll need to succeed


• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, IF functions, Macros, Pivots, etc.)


• Strong analytical approach to problem solving skills


• Creative problem solver (debugging, root cause analysis, data analysis)


• Strong data analytics and tech systems skills preferred and multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment


• Good understanding of the different levers that drive ecommerce success


• Conversant with computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint


• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Arabic nice to have!
