Responsibilities:
Organizational Development and Design
* Contribute to DP world's organizational development activities by shaping, designing, and delivering the people and organizational development strategies, and to the management of change in support of the organization's strategic and operational plans by providing information, advices and services as required.
* Develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives in cooperation with Talent Acquisition Manager, and works with Learning and Development team to build a plan to address required talents and skills to add to the team or for developing purposes
* Facilitate change and propel improvement through the development of staff surveys and other feedback mechanisms, and develop the approach to talent management and succession planning and to co- ordinate the contributions of key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
* Fosters commitment, equity, diversity, and engagement based on an environment of trust, diagnosing underlying causes of inequalities, recommending and delivering organization development strategies to address identified trends or issues.
* Maintains strong relationships across the company's leadership to facilitate a clear understanding of strategic direction, performance, engagement or skills challenges.
* Manage the corporate induction program, drafting job descriptions, job analyses and classifications, job evaluation system, advising on job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of jobs.
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures in collaboration with the Head of People, as well as in preparing budgets, reports, and presentations.
* Work with the Internal Communications Manager to ensure effective communication and consultation processes and to build staff engagement.
* Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees, and conduct research on employee engagements and satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data).
Performance Management
* Manage workforce performance management across DP World, designing and implementing performance improvement initiatives (e.g., competency frameworks and 360-degree feedback processes), and act as an influential player, expert lead and adviser to colleagues, ensuring business strategy and key deliverables are achieved, and drive forward the improvement of employee performance and the building of a strong and rigorous development culture.
* Oversee the annual appraisal process, monitoring compliance with the timetable and working with the Head of People to ensure consistency of quality in appraisal documentation.
* Facilitate in-house events (e.g. workshops, away days) as required, and design and implement employee engagement approaches, analysis of output and feedback to Head of people and DP World's leaders to drive continuous improvement, also, design culture change interventions in alignment with DP World strategic goals, providing tools and support for company use, alongside providing advice and guidance to leaders around desired behaviors and role-modelling.
Compensation and Benefits
* Build fair and attractive compensation and benefits plans to help DP World improves employee satisfaction and create a productive workplace.
* Evaluate and modify existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures, and develop and implement new compensation and benefits programs (monetary and non-monetary), reward programs (profit-sharing, incentives, employee wellness, and performance management programs), policies, and procedures.
Audit and Compliance
* Perform regular HR audit to ensure compliance with current legislation and set procedures, maintain necessary records, and communicate audit progress and findings with People Department Head and team on a regular basis.
* Create procedures and workflows on HR processes as part of HR documentation and continuous improvement plan for the team, and identify strengths and weaknesses to improve the competitive advantage for the department.
HR Systems
* Support management on structural policy matters related to the HRIS, and maintain data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data.
* Oversee all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) department, and ensure that all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws, and design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation, and work alongside the IT department to perform regular assessments and improvements to the HRIS.

Job Requirements
* Masters / Bachelor degree in HRM, Business Administration, Management, or any relevant field.
* 8 to 10 years experience in HR 4 in which in Organizational Design or Organization Development and C&B, and minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
* Preferred to hold professional certificate (CIPD or SHRM …)
