Job Title : IT Help Desk Support
Reports to : IT Manager/ IT Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
* Knowledge of OSI Layer Model.
* Knowledge of LAN and WAN
* Basic knowledge in Active Directory, Exchange Server, File Server, DNS & DHCP.
* Basic knowledge IP telephone system
* Basic knowledge backup and restore technology.
* Basic Knowledge of Handhelds/IPAD Devices/Technology
* Identify, troubleshoot, solve and document network connectivity and performance issues.
* Documentation Skill
* Coordinate and assist the IT Supervisor and business teams in their related activities
* Troubleshooting issues with the Pcs, Printers, devices and application and day to day end user issues.
* Uploading of Data from Handheld Devices.
* Updating Data to ERP/Van Sales System.
* Processing and troubleshooting the packages.
* Spool reports to Excel.
* Basic Knowledge of ERP modules.
Candidate Profile:
* Requirement open to all nationals
* University degree in BE/ B. Tech Engineering or Computer Science(B.Sc/BCA)
* 1 or 2 years experience in the same field
