Undergraduate Technical Support Intern (Isilon Team)

purchases our innovative products. Our Technical Support team is there for
them whenever they need help - by phone or email, online and on social media.
No matter how complex the challenge, we rise to it. We answer questions about
the installation, operation, configuration, customization and use of Dell
Technologies products. For critical matters, we use our systems to provide
remote diagnostic technical support. If there's an issue with a customer's
product, we'll analyze it, identify the cause, recommend a solution and
document the problem.

You will:
* Perform tasks of varying complexity, requiring judgement with limited direct supervision
* Work on overflow tasks from various groups within the company
* Participate in special projects as needed

Essential Requirements
* Ongoing undergraduate course work in Engineering or Computer Science field
* Productivity and excellent communications skills
* English fluency is a must
* Ability to prioritize and maintain organization in day to day activities
* Ability to follow process, policies and practices to achieve consistency and compliance
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Desirable Requirements
* Ability to communicate well with senior level team members
* Collaboration skills
* Data management
