Job details

Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate channels
* Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media to fill open positions, etc
* Attending job fairs at colleges and universities
* Managing posts on job boards, such as LinkedIn, indeed, and ZipRecruiter
* Screening candidates' resumes and job applications
* Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
* Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed through the personnel cycle.
* Maintaining and recording payroll effects (penalties, absence, deductions)
* Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
* Maintaining and revising the company's handbook on policies and procedures
* Overseeing exit interviews
* Managing Performance appraisal.
* Overseeing other HR personnel
* Making final hiring decisions and designing competitive offer packages
* Developing programs to reward and retain top talent
* Coordinating manpower planning process and maintaining manpower records.



  • ‎3-‎5 years of experience

  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques

  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)

  • Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards

  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

  • HR Diploma is must
