J
We are looking for a result-driven HR Generalist to act as the liaison between
employees across all levels and management and provide operational support to
our HR department.
Main Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main point of contact for staff inquiries regarding our HR policies
* Help define HR guidelines and policies and ensure compliance with labor laws on the federal and state level
* Prepare and maintain manual and automated employee records and files
* Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, leaves, transfers, promotions, or assignments.
* Handle all the medical insurance issues (monthly chronic cases, approvals, complaints, refunds, Emergency Funds….)
* Responsible for the medical and employee theft insurance file to editing, cancellation and following up with the medical insurance provider
* Managing the social insurance system
* Investigate and resolve informal employee complaints through mediation
