Job Duties:
* Work on the recruitment process Covering the group set recruitment KPIs.
* Preparing HR Reports (Monthly, Quarterly, Ad.hoc)
* Support in governmental relations and labor law compliance.
* Support other benefits processes such life, Pension transactions.
* Work in HRIS software (SAP SF, MenaMe,PowerBI) , maintaining accurate data and reports.
* Support and develop the orientation program for all employees.
* Maintain employees relations through networking and communicating employees and ensure their satisfaction.
* Support in coordination for the HR activities and events.
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree of Business administration or equivalent.
* Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in HR Field in multinational companies.
* HR Certificate is a plus.
* SAP SF background are preferred.
* High Communication and interpersonal skills.
