Responsibilities:
* Supervise building cleaning and disinfection.
* Responsible for Fixing minor malfunctions in office equipment& Kitchen machines.
* Coordinate parking space allocation
* Periodic Follow up on site maintenance.
* Restock office and kitchen supplies.
* Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses
* Maintain an updated record of invoices from external partners (e.g. suppliers, insurance agents, security guards)
* Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations.
* Provide help and guidance to immediate reports.
* Ensure compliance with Company regulations.
* Identify training needs for the g staff.
* Submit periodic reports.
* Make sure that the team keeps company values and follows all policies and procedures.
* Cooperate with the internal departments.
* Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree.
* Level of English: Good Level.
* Minimum experience 5 years in Facility Management
* Strong knowledge in MS office.
* Strong knowledge of facilities management operations
* Strong knowledge of office equipment and security systems
* Good Business Writing Skills.
* Documentation skills.
* Problem-solving & decision-making skills.
* Verbal and written communication skills
* Leadership Skills.
