The Facilities Specialist focuses upon the delivery of activities, which
ensure the offices/stores have the required specifications and services to
meet the needs of the workforce 3rd party management whilst being aligned to
the Property strategy. The Facilities Specialist has a good understanding of
established concepts and procedures in facility management through extensive
practical experience and works effectively to meet the needs of the
business.Typically reports to the Facilities Manager/Senior Facilities
Manager.
