Facilities Specialist
What this position is about - Purpose:
In this position, you will be responsible for general facilities activities,
supervising the facilities' work on-site and providing overall office support
with a variety of clerical activities; as well as for the complete management
of office, facilities, transportation & EHS.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
Facilities
* Ensure the office is supplied with necessary stationery; kitchen supplies, and other office material and keep an inventory of stock
* Ensure office and facilities are tidy and presentable by following all soft services operations (Cleaning, Pest Control, Landscaping & Buffet)
Reports
* Create reports for the facilities' activities, spending, as well as vendors' performance and payment
* Maintain a proper filing system of the management and the official records and documents
Transportation
* Support car-fleet operations activities, follow transportation services, by managing transportation schedules, and handling conflicts and complaints
Communication
* Develop and sustain positive working relationships with all stakeholders, including staff to ensure positive information and communication channels relevant to the smooth running of the business
Other
* Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the manager's request
