* Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
Qualification and Certificates:
* Bachelor's degree
* Have certifications or diplomas in customer service, communication skills, conflict resolution, or related areas.
Experience and Knowledge:
* Previous experience in customer service or related fields such as sales, marketing, or hospitality.
* Specific experience in a particular industry or with a specific service.
* Good understanding of the company's services, as well as policies and procedures.
