LINE MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-
i‚ Plan and coordinate production processes on a daily basis to produce high
quality products.
i‚ Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and
materials to maximize production.
i‚ Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial
objectives.
i‚ Identify unsafe operations and practices and report them to production
manager immediately.
i‚ Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
i‚ Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to
ensure maximum production.
i‚ Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
i‚ Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for
improvements.
i‚* Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality
standards.
QUALIFICATION :-
i‚ B.Sc degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
i‚ Computer program skills.
i‚ 5 Years Experience is required on metal fabrication and steel structure
filed.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE :-
i‚ Prepare and maintain production reports.
i‚ Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary
interventions for improvement.
i‚ Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and
techniques.
i‚ Knowledge of raw materials.
i‚ Knowledge of quality systems and standards.
i‚ Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
i‚ Knowledge of process improvement techniques.
i‚ Knowledge of machines and tools.
i‚ Solid computer skills.
L ANGUAGE REQUIREMENT : -
i‚ English proficiency in both speaking and writing is required.
i‚ Basic Arabic understanding is a bonus.
