Position Objectives
The Program Manager will act as a Consultant in the operations of the Telecom
Network to strategies, plan and achieve the deliveries of Telecom Newtok
implementation. By creating strategies, processes, and best practices before
implementing them across delivery units while Reporting to the Director of
Delivery.
Job description and responsibilities:
Manage a group of related projects managed in a coordinated manner to obtain
benefits not available from managing them individually.
Manages, guide and coach multiple PMs/SPMs
Develop an overall plan and create high-level plans to guide detailed planning
at the component level.
Manage internal and external stakeholders.
Proper analysis of data, provide and report insights on the program level.
Performs other responsibilities and tasks as directed.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, communication, or equivalent
Min 10 years of work experience in the local Saudi Market, Native Arabic
Speaker is a must to apply, Saudi National will be ideal.
Must have 15 years of work experience including min 5 years as a Program
Manager
Must have 5 years of work experience while leading Telecom Network
Implementation Program.
Having expertise in planning, strategizing, and resolving challenges through
effective and lean Project Management and PMO processes.
Hands-on experience in gathering business requirements, vision, business
objectives, and KPIs and formulating strategies, plans, step-by-step
milestones, methods of creating central mechanisms and best practices to
implement across the delivery engine.
Hands-on experience in Monitoring the progress of the program to ensure the
overall goals, schedules, budget, and benefits of the program are met.
Hands-on experience in coaching/mentoring the various teams, and managers on
using best standards, practices, and project management methods.
Excellent skills in Setting, and tracking KPIs, Milestones, Data Collection,
Data Analysis, Management reports and Executive Dashboards.
PMP Certification is a must,
PGMP, RMP, Process, KPI related certifications will be an additional
advantage.
