Act as the primary customer-facing program manager in front of our client
* Negotiate with customers, understanding contractual responsibilities and delivering to contractual requirements
* Creative problem solving of internal and customer issues
* Track project costs and manage financial responsibility of projects to guarantee on-budget delivery
* Understand multiple products and have the ability to coordinate and manage projects for multiple product solutions at once.
* Manage program level engagements and provide direction to project staff including Project Managers, PMO, subcontractors and Analysts.
* Provide direction and coordination across internal delivery teams to provide delivery to customer.
* Provide thought leadership towards the delivery of technical solutions with the most critical and demanding customers. This includes providing alternative delivery approaches to resolve customer complaints, issues, and/or for risk mitigation.
* Work closely with customers and its contractors to deliver successful on-time implementations
* Provide a consolidated delivery across multiple customer implementations by ensuring consistency among deliverables, communication and approach
* Provide oversight, training, mentoring and guidance to other Project Managers in the organization to further their knowledge and abilities
* Thoroughly understand delivery contracts and provide representation internally and to the customer
* Coordinate communication between customer and internal resources to facilitate shared expectations at all levels, including the Executive level and the field staff level.
* Compile and review project deliverables
* Create weekly status reports identifying consolidated project issues, risks and status
* Create coordinated delivery schedule
* Manage customer interactions and ensure satisfaction while minimizing project risk.
* Manage implementation schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
