Overview:
Lead and manage the successful delivery of complex, AI-driven, digital
transformation projects for Injazat clients. As a key member of the delivery
team, you will play a key role role in ensuring the seamless execution of
projects, meeting client expectations, and driving the growth and success of
Injazat. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales,
engineering, and customer support, to ensure that projects are completed on
time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Day to Day Operations
* Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project milestones, tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
* Drive the execution of projects, monitor progress, and proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery.
* Effectively communicate project status, address client concerns, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
* Allocate resources effectively to ensure project teams have the necessary expertise and capacity to deliver on project commitments.
* Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success. Implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address these challenges.
* Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to the company's best practices and methodologies.
* Monitor project budgets and financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered within budget. Prepare and present project financial reports to stakeholders as required.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
* Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
* PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
* At least 12+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in IT, digital transformation, cloud, or cyber security domains.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
* Good understanding of AI-driven IT solutions, digital transformation strategies, cloud computing, and cyber security principles.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to overcome challenges and find innovative solutions.
* Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards successful project delivery.
* Customer-centric approach with a focus on building strong client relationships and delivering value to clients.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
