Marn is a technology company that is developing and delivering a point of sale
"AKA cloud cashier software". We support businesses in F&B, Retail, Services,
and Entertainment. Marn provides different products depending on the needs of
the customer. Many customers require the integration of multiple different
devices to be able to manage the flow of work properly. Others need help
training their employees on how to use Marn's products properly. No matter
what the new customer needs. For as long as it is something we can help with.
The customer onboarding officer will be there to do whatever it takes to help
Marn's new customers unlock the full value of Marn's products sooner than
ever.

Marn is a technology company established in 2017. It was acquired by Jahez
recently. The company develops Point of Sale (POS) "AKA cloud cashier system"
software integrated with payment services to provide a one-stop solution for
businesses in F&B, Retail, Entertainment, and Services. Marn grew massively in
the past two years and continues accelerating its customer base's growth.

What You 'll Do:
* Become a superhero in understanding Marn's products, value proposition, customer segment, industries, integrations, and extra services
* Invest your amazing knowledge of Marn to support Marn's new customers on the ground, in the sea, and above the clouds
* Work closely with Marn's Customer Happiness, Technical Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams to make sure all customer needs are met and understood by other teams
* Help Marn accomplish the optimum customer onboarding journey by testing innovative solutions
* Be always there for any new customers who will need your support to launch Marn's products
* Unlock the empathetic counselor in you as if the customer's business is yours
* Ensure the new customer's full understanding of how to fully harness the value in Marn's products
* Become a superhero in technicality understanding the smoothest ways to integrate the different devices
Requirements & Skills:
* Bachelor's degree or a Diploma in IT, IMS, IS, CS, or equivalent
* Superior communication skills in Arabic & English both written and verbal
* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles
* Conflict resolution skills
* Empathy & patience to handle complicated situations
* A master in multitasking
* A champion hustler who can't sleep until all the tasks are completed
