business. To support our vision and growth plans, we are looking for an
energetic and enthusiastic Regional Business Development Manager to be based
in Saudi supporting our New Equipment and Modernization business across Middle
East & Africa.
We are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter
and understands how to partner and collaborate with our customers and sales
teams in the region. We need someone who has the ability to influence, with an
analytical mindset, result driven and a strong commercial acumen.
What will you do?
* Identify new business opportunities for New Equipment Business and Modernization to position KONE competitively in the market.
* Accountable for driving opportunity pipeline in early stages of the customer journey and throughout the decision-making process to grow the sales funnel, maximize profitability and share of market.
* Focus on identifying and driving selling opportunities and sales of KONE digital offerings and solutions.
* Lead meetings and negotiations with stakeholders and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organization 's business interests.
* Responsible for gathering and documenting (e.g. to CRM) relevant information about the market and competitors.
* Ensure data visibility, accuracy, and reporting for periodic business review meetings.
* Maintain strong network within and outside KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future requirements.
Are you the one?
* 10+ years of experience in Business Development working closely with customers in relevant B2B industries
* Regional experience within Middle East and Africa markets is required
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships & network with customers & influence senior leaders and key decision makers
* This is an individual contributor role; so successful candidate should be hands on with the ability to work independently and propose ideas and solutions
* Self driven, resilient, with a strategic mindset
* Excellent English language skills. Arabic language is an asset
