As a Business Development Manager you will report to the Refinish Director
Africa, Middle East and Turkey
Responsibilities
* Implement the strategy defined by EHQ functions in the region and in EMEA
* Support segment sales pipeline in regions and some specific hunters to achieve large growth opportunities
* Guide high-level region relationships at target "top industry" segment customers
* Management and responsibility for overall region portfolio. (Manufacturer/Insurer/OEM/Accident Management Company for car or approval/specification portfolio for CT/LIC)
* Manage several strategic Key Account relationships for assigned segment for Region and cross-region (EMEA level).
* Support commercial teams with pricing alignment in segment to ensure strategic goals are achieved
* Work with local teams to identify new customer and segments and how to approach them
* Active participation in product development gatekeeper/ post investment review process to ensure market fit.
* Frequent travels in the Middle East and occasionally in North Africa and Europe
Qualifications
* At least 5 years sales experience
* Successful track record in business development management
* Bachelor's Degree
* Proficient English
* Flexibility to travel
