As a Tapster, you will:
* Establish productive, professional, and commercial relationships with their assigned partner accounts (platforms, development houses, academia, financial institutions, VC 's, incubators and other start-up enablers).
* Defining goals and key objectives for the team, both strategic and commercial, to ensure Tap grows its market presence through partnerships
* Defining and prioritising the key partner relationships and build out an in-country Partnership Strategy.
* Executing on this strategy with a clear set of KPIs, working collaboratively with leadership functions across sales, marketing, product and technical support teams.
* Uncover new partner opportunities within the ecosystem that compliment our clients tech stack and enable their growth (such as VCs, incubators and consultants).
* Other duties, as assigned based on the demands of the business and growth of the role.
What you will bring to the party:
* Strong managerial experience within a partnerships or client-facing function that has demonstrated growth.
* Exceptional experience and understanding of the mobile advertising industry and emerging trends.
* A good network of partners and players in the ecosystem.
* Experience in building and managing a high performing team.
* Strong relationship building, management and communication skills.
* Business fluency in English & Arabic is a plus.
* Fluent in English & Arabic is essential.
