Sales Development Specialist - SMB (Bu-SA-C123)

As a Tapster, you will:
* Lead allocation and conversion
* Cold Calling
* Client communication through Email, Omnichannel & Phone calls
* Commercial Negotiations
* CRM Management
* Contact potential new customers to inform them about our solutions using our sales scripts
* Answer questions about our solutions or the company
* Ask questions to understand customer requirements and schedule the appointment
* Send every day warm prospects to the outbound sales team
* Take and process information about the prospect in an accurate manner
* Handle questions and objections in an accurate manner
* Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information in our CRM Pipedrive and pass the information to the correct sales agent
* Other duties, as assigned based on the demands of the business and growth of the role.

What you will bring to the party:

• ‎3-‎5 years of experience doing an inbound sales or call centre role


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Focused and goal-oriented


• English and Arabic speakers are all welcomed. However, speaking an additional language would be an advantage.


• Proven experience as a telesales (call centre) representative or other sales/customer service role


• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target quota preferably over the phone


• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software, Pipedrive) and telephone systems


• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects


• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection


• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to address objections
