WHAT YOU'LL DO


As HR Administrator you will be an integral part of our HR Operations team. HR
Operations forms the backbone of our People organization, making sure that all
formal employment conditions and documentation is in place for all our staff.
The team consists of ‎4-‎5 members, led by the HR Operations Team Leader and is
part of the larger Employee Affairs and Operations function which is overseen
by a Senior Manager.
As HR Administrator you will work directly with other functions like Career
Development, Employee Engagement, Facilities, IT and Finance, as well as our
external service providers. The team is highly agile, and work varies
depending on business cycles and seasonality.
Your daily job will be to:
* Take care of all matters related to formal employment, along the employee's life cycle e.g., preparing offer letters, employment contracts, visa applications, making updates to HR systems, completing exit arrangements
* Review any proposed changes and offers to ensure they are compliant with local laws and regulations, as well as BCG internal policy
* Contribute ideas and constructive feedback to support the continuous improvement of our services and efficiency
* Where appropriate, on a rotational basis, you may be required to offer support to the wider People team with general administrative and data entry duties
* Keep our records and trackers up to date and accurate
* Manage internal and external stakeholders across all levels

YOU'RE GOOD AT**
*
You have a good understanding of how administrative processes work in a
corporate environment
* You have basic understanding of HR concepts, immigration policies (UAE/KSA/Qatar), and contracting concepts, and are a fast and eager learner
* You take ownership of work assigned to you, you can be trusted to complete it accurately and timely, or flag any issues to your team leader at the earliest possibility
* You are well able to work independently, but are not shy to ask for help when needed
* You are resourceful, can solve routine problems through a choice of alternatives. If you need to escalate an issue, you have thought upfront about the available resolutions
* You have a strong sense of Customer Service and respond to requests in a timely manner
* You have an eye for detail and a habit of keeping track of what 's going on around you
* You have great organization skills and can handle competing priorities effectively
* You have a strong ability to work under pressure, keeping your head cool at all times
* You are results driven and self-motivated
* Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment
* You are a team player, you consider the teams objectives your objectives, the teams challenges your challenges, and the team success are your successes
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, being able to professionally and confidently communicate with senior stakeholders.
* You have a high sense of confidentiality and recognize the sensitivity of the information you work with, treating all BCG information as personal and confidential

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**



  • Experience working in HR operations

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Strong verbal communication skills; fluency in English and Arabic

  • Experience with HR systems is a plus

  • Advanced level computer skills; Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
