Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Manage and prioritize the executive’s calendar,
scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and
external communication on behalf of the executive, including screening phone
calls and emails.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights,
accommodations, and handle related logistics.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations,
and correspondence for the executive.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and
events, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Office Management: Maintain office supplies, manage records, and ensure the
office is organized and efficient.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with
discretion and professionalism.
- Data Management: Maintain and update databases, contact lists, and filing
systems.
- Project Support: Assist in special projects, research, and data analysis as
required.
