Job details

Responsibilities for the Position:
‎1. Maintain updated records & documentation (filing) in a professional and
accurate manner.
‎2. Improve and update the office filing system.
‎3. Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
‎4. Perform a variety of office procedures by helping the CEO & the team and
accomplishing expected results as needed.
‎5. Screen and direct phone calls & emails.
‎6. Format & draft memos, emails, presentations, and letters for both internal
and external correspondence.
‎7. Maintain office attendance device records.
‎8. Help conserve executives' time by reading, researching,
planning/scheduling meetings & note-taking.
‎9. Demonstrate effective professional communication skills between management
& all other members of the team as well as external visitors to the company.


Your Success in the Role after ‎12 Months Will Be Measured By:
‎1. A complete up-to-date office filing system for all employee files and
legal correspondence. (including e-filing)
‎2. Showing proper communication between management and employees in regard to
solving problems and coordination.
‎3. Accurate analytical reports & memos as requested by Management.
‎4. Accurate organization and timekeeping.
