As the International Business Developer (IBD) for Hilti, you will develop
specifications and drive sales with our key O&G owners in Saudi Arabia by
placing Hilti's products & solutions as well as developing long-term
standards. You will coordinate all project activities between involved
Business Developers, local Energy Sales Teams & Technical Services to enable
sustainable value-creation for the customers. You will drive the tailored
customer strategy and lead its execution to increase adoption of Hilti /
Oglaend solutions and coordinate a worldwide team associated with these
accounts.

In this role, you will be accountable for the development of Saudi Arabia
accounts (Owners) operating in the O&G business through standardization,
project specification, sales development (direct or indirect) and multi-level
relationship management, in order to increase Hilti / Oglaend share of wallet.
The IBD is accountable for the development of the strategy of the assigned
accounts, leading its implementation locally through Hilti & Oglaend
counterparts globally. Furthermore, you will take ownership of the account
project pipeline and proactive build-up of Hilti / Oglaend capture teams to
drive the aligned focus projects and increase share of wallet. This will be
achieved by bringing market intelligence to the team to confirm and/or update
corporate segment strategies while maintaining effective communication with
the global Hilti/ Oglaend team and acting as owner of assigned accounts.
