As a Technical Support Engineer, you will ensure that we efficiently support
the post-sales customer issue. You'll oversee the repairs is involved in
discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes,
procedures and ways of working.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues.
* Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined across organizational boundaries.
* Conducting mechanical inspections and using moderately complex diagnostic equipment.
* Aiding in the analysis of recurring failures or damaged parts.
* Being familiar client 's process for compliance/ escalation to ensure the proper process is followed.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
* Have at least ‎3 to ‎5 years' relevant experience in well intervention
* Familiar with casing exits/whipstocks (Hydraulic & mechanical), and Big Hole Conventional Fishing
* Be a motivated self-starter with a results - oriented mindset and an ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders.
* Be confident, flexible and adaptable and perform under stress when required
