Job details

Owns and manages the customer experience of small/mid-sized customers
(Essential Services Customers). Has responsibility for the end to end
customer experience in compliance with all company procedures.
Responsibility
 Efficiently handle the work assigned to you by your team leader and
optimally utilize the resources resulting in high productivity.
 Maintain customer relationship and assist in maintaining and growing the
current business by providing effective solutions to their needs.
 Maintain proactive inter-departmental coordination, to process the shipments
in time.
 Vendor management and selection
 Ensure Company's IOPs are followed.
 Prepares Billing/Charge structures as per the Company's Operating Procedures
 Ensure timely closing of Tasks.
 Focus on process improvement from a customer perspective as well as company
internally.
 Ensure OPS KPI is fulfilled against target
 Ensure OPS strategy defined by team leader is executed
 Advanced knowledge of Excel & MS Suite is Mandatory.
 Travel to Jubail & Ras Al Khair basis job requirements.
 Efficient case management Handling.
 Report to Leads Logistics Team Leader.

‎1. Exceeding customer satisfaction.
‎2. Ensuring OPS team KPI Vs target.
‎3. Run successful ground operations activities and report the performance
timely
‎4. Ensuring team process is towards growth through OPS strategy
implementation.
‎5. Optimizing working processes.
